Edzésleírás
Stockholm maraton! Nekik a 30. volt nekem pedig a 10. Nem gondoltam volna, hogy tulelem. Eleinte bizakodo voltam aztan meg a felenel sem voltam es mar furcsa volt minden, a gyomrom a talpam dörzsölödött, färadtnak ereztem magam. A tavalyi idömet ugyan sikerult, több, mint ket percel megjavitanom, de eladtam a veget, nem tudtam gyorsulni. Az idö nagyon szep volt, csak tuzött a nap kegyetlenul. Rettentö sok szurkolo volt vegig, nagyon tetszett. Most ki kell pihenie a sarkamnak ezt a traumat, mert az fäj viszont mäs bajom nincsen szerencsere.
