Edzésleírás
Mikipápával lent a pályán. Nagyon jól esett, az elején még nagyon kötött voltam, izomlázam volt, de a végén nyújtás után tök jól kilazultam. A 200-akat olyan 80%-osra futottam, egyedül az utolsó amibe majdnem mindent beleadtam.
